Printing: letterpress (mountains and sky from magnesium plates and text from handset metal type)
Ink colours: black, and either light-dark blue or pink-purple (there is variation in the sky colours due to the gradient printing)
Green Bird Press is a small letterpress printing and bindery operation in Bend, Oregon with a modern, minimalist, often geeky, approach to design. All letterpress products are hand printed on Susan Porteous's Vandercook and Kelsey presses using a combination of handset type and custom metal printing plates.
