Part-Time Sales Position
We are excited to be expanding our team, and are looking to add to our amazing Bedouin crew of sales floor staff!

In this role, you will focus on meeting & exceeding sales goals each day through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Sales floor team members are positive, detail-oriented, energetic, kind, confident, and self-motivated.
Reporting to the Owner & Store Manager, essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Deliver the best possible service and attention to all customers.

Maintain product knowledge for a wide variety of products in order to provide education recommendations to customers.

Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.

Be passionate about Bedouin and the products we carry.

Work with the team in executing all daily retail operations to meet sales goals, ensure premium service, and smooth store functioning.

Maintain knowledge of various store departments and be willing & able to operate the cash register for regular transactions, restock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and other tasks as necessary.

Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.

Courteous and responsive to updated trainings and feedback.
Part Time, Hourly

One or more year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.

Must be available to work 3 - 4 days/week, approximately 21 to 30 hours weekly. This is a sales floor position during our open hours of 10am to 5pm.

Able to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays) as needed for the business.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift (up to 50lbs), twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
